What’s On Your Workdesk? Wednesday 328

Welcome again to the linky party happening over at Stamping Ground!

Every Wednesday a whole bunch of creative peoples get together online to celebrate that while we are not all incredibly organized, we are all incredibly busy!

This week I am creating in my upstairs living room. My husband and I turned it into a classroom/table top gaming room in January and have been taking turns spreading out our hobbies. I use it to teach “Mixed Media Monday” to some local ladies every week and he uses it on Wednesday evenings to play games and make videos for his YouTube channel.

Oh, and TODAY is Wednesday so ALL of this…

…needs to go back down to my workshop.

For most of the day though, I am creating classes. The first one is an art journaling techique class that I will teach in my home. The second and third are gelli plate mono-printing and projects to make with the prints. I will teach those 2 in a local scrapbooking store.

Thanks for stopping by and please scroll down to the bottom to leave a comment so I know you were here.

    1. Sometimes it is a lot of work, especially because our hobby areas are a floor below and on the other side of the house. But it always seems worth it in the end.
      Thanks for stopping by Lisca.

  1. What a great space you have, and so well set up for classes. Thanks so much for visiting earlier and I hope you have a great week,

  2. What a lovely space! And how marvellous that you and your hubby share it so well…actually that happens in our house too, my DH has his area and I have my work table and we take up about the same amount of room :-). I bet you classes are fun to attend!!

    1. I hope they are fun, people keep coming back so I must be doing something right! 😀
      Thanks for visiting LLJ.

  3. Wow Lizzie, so much to be impressed by….you work on more than one class at once, you are organised enough to teach at home and in store, and you can share your space and tidhy up willingly and without whining. How very democratic and grown up! I think my other half would simply give in and work elsewhere if he had to wait for me tontidy up!!

    1. Thanks for visiting Julia!
It definitely takes a lot of compromise. I have been known to ask him why we can’t just switch days so that I can have the room from Tuesday through to Sunday, his answer, cause that’s just greedy! lol
